This study provides quantitative and qualitative data illustrating the involvement of companies and financial institutions belonging to the European Union (EU) in land transactions outside the EU. It also analyzes the global land rush across the spectrum of human rights , examining the implications for investors and their impact on affected populations. The findings provide a series of recommendations to improve the EU's response to these issues .
