Etat : 1. CONTEXTE ET JUSTIFICATIONPRÉSENTATION DE L'ÉvénementA .L'ASSOCIATION GOFFOH est régie par les dispositions de la loi 60-315 du 21 septembre 1960. Notre demande d’agrément a été déposée le 6 Janvier 2020 sous le N°290/RG/PG/SG/D1/B2. Et sommes immatriculés au registre du ministère de la Culture et de la Francophonie dans le secteur: ONG ET ASSOCIATIONS CULTURELLES sous le numéro SPC/GOFO 015/MCF/DPIMFAS-2024-FR. Situé dans l'ouest de la CÔTE D'IVOIRE dans la région du GOH, dans le Département de GAGNOA, dans la Commune du grand Ouragahio. C'est dans l’objectif de restaurer la cohésion sociale à travers la diversité et de créer un événement dans cette même atmosphère festive et conviviale, importante aux yeux de la population d’OURAGAHIO, L'ASSOCIATION GOFFOH  organise le festival « AWALE FESTIVAL ``.L'objectif était de faire d’un évènement pérenne, un rendez-vous pour la population autour d’une programmation alliant projet culturel global et réinsertion par l'agriculture pour  les femmes et les jeunes. L'AWALÉ FESTIVAL  3ème édition avait mis en compétition les quatre sous-préfectures de la commune d'Ouragahio. Nous mettons ainsi en place des projets de manière à pouvoir ensuite construire ensemble un développement à long terme. L'association souhaite faire prendre conscience à la population de OURAGAHIO qu’elle possède, en elle, le potentiel nécessaire pour rendre son avenir meilleur. Son objectif est d’encourager, stimuler et favoriser la mise en action de cette conscience collective qui impactera toute la population de OURAGAHIO car finalement c’est elle qui est au centre de nos préoccupations.« Notre ambition est d’avoir un impact fort, réel et mesurable pour améliorer la vie de la population et favoriser ainsi des parcours de vie réussis »B. NOS  OBJECTIFS                                                                                                                                            L'association GOFFOH  a fait le constat que les femmes et la jeune génération ont des préoccupations bien spécifiques. L'association s’engage en menant une politique sociale inclusive volontariste favorisant l’égalité des chances et facilitant l’intégration culturelle des femmes et des jeunes et des personnes éloignées de de nos traditions. Pour ce faire nos principaux objectifs sont :                                      • Soutenir les femmes et les jeunes dans leur projet d'agriculture, et l’insertion socioéconomique.             • Accompagner les femmes et les jeunes entrepreneurs ou ceux désireux de se lancer dans le monde entrepreneurial d’avoir une meilleure maîtrise des processus et  qui facilitent l’accès aux financements des projets                                                                                                                                        • Favoriser la migration des femmes  et des jeunes entrepreneurs du secteur informel vers le secteur formel.                                                                                                                                                                                        • Proposer des formations adaptées aux préoccupations des femmes et des jeunesET AUSSI APPORTER NOTRE SOUTIEN AU CENTRE DE SANTÉ DU VILLAGE GNALIEPA DE OURAGAHIO EN MÉDICAMENTS COMME EN MATÉRIEL. C. NOTRE VISION À LONG TERME                                                                                                                  L'association GOFFOH  se veut devenir un acteur incontournable de l'accompagnement des femmes et des jeunes grâce à l’élan que lui procurera son réseau partenarial efficace. Pour cela, consolider le réseau partenarial est essentiel et primordial. C’est en nous focalisant sur les besoins socioéconomiques et agricole des femmes et des jeunes, mais aussi les hommes qui le souhaitent, que nous pourrions relever les défis du développement social de la Commune du grand OURAGAHIO C’est ainsi qu’une nouvelle fois, l'association permet à la population de OURAGAHIO de se mobiliser à travers l’activité culturelle sur un projet d’intérêt général qui leur tient à cœur. Chaque sous-préfecture devra ainsi défendre son projet en gagnant chaque étape de qualification des concours de chants, danses, de contes, de cuisines etc… jusqu’à  remporter les trophées de 2025. Nous avons l’honneur de vous adresser cette demande de subvention pour l’organisation de la prochaine édition du festival culturel AWALE FESTIVAL, qui se tiendra du 14/08/2025 au 16/08/2025 à GNALIEPA dans la commune de OURAGAHIO Le festival AWALE FESTIVAL est un événement annuel qui vise à promouvoir la diversité culturelle et artistique de notre région. Cette année, nous prévoyons d’accueillir plus d’une dizaine d’artistes locaux et internationaux, offrant ainsi une plateforme unique pour l’expression artistique et l’échange culturel. Grâce à votre soutien, nous serons en mesure de : Accueillir des artistes de renom : En couvrant les frais de déplacement, d’hébergement et de cachet des artistes. Améliorer les infrastructures : En investissant dans des équipements de sonorisation et d’éclairage de haute qualité pour garantir des performances exceptionnelles. Promouvoir l’événement : En lançant une campagne de communication efficace pour attirer un public diversifié et nombreux. Offrir des activités gratuites : En organisant des ateliers et des spectacles gratuits pour les enfants et les familles, afin de rendre la culture accessible à tous. Nous avons élaboré un budget détaillé que nous joignons à cette lettre, ainsi qu’un dossier de présentation du festival. In order to restore social cohesion through diversity and create an event in the same festive and friendly atmosphere, important to the population of OURAGAHIO, ASSOCIATION GOFFOH organizes the festival “AWALE FESTIVAL `` The objective was to make a lasting event, an appointment for the population around a program combining global cultural project and reintegration through agriculture for women and youth. The AWALÉ FESTIVAL 3rd edition had put in competition the four sub-prefectures of the municipality of Ouragahio. We set up projects so that we can then build a long-term development together. The association wants to make the population of OURAGAHIO aware that it has in itself the potential necessary to make its future better. Its objective is to encourage, stimulate and promote the implementation of this collective awareness that will impact all OURAGAHIO population because ultimately it is what is at the center of our concerns. “Our ambition is to have a strong, real and measurable impact to improve people’s lives and thus foster successful life paths” B. OUR OBJECTIVES The GOFFOH association has found that women and the younger generation have very specific concerns. The association is committed to carrying out an inclusive social policy that promotes equal opportunities and facilitates the cultural integration of women and young people and people far from our traditions. To do so, our main objectives are: • Support women and youth in their agricultural project, and socio-economic integration. • Support women and young entrepreneurs or those wishing to enter the entrepreneurial world to have a better control of processes and facilitate access to project financing • Encourage the migration of women and young entrepreneurs from the informal sector to the formal sector. • Provide training tailored to the concerns of women and youth AND ALSO PROVIDE OUR SUPPORT TO THE HEALTH CENTER OF THE VILLAGE GNALIEPA OF OURAGAHIO IN DRUGS AS WELL AS IN EQUIPMENT. C. OUR LONG-TERM VISION The GOFFOH association aims to become a key player in supporting women and young people thanks to the impetus that will be provided by its effective partnership network. To this end, consolidating the partner network is essential and paramount. It is by focusing on the socio-economic and agricultural needs of women and young people, but also men who wish to do so, that we could meet the challenges of social development of the Great HURRICANE Again, the association allows the population of OURAGAHIO to mobilize through cultural activity on a project of general interest that is close to their hearts. Each sub-prefecture will thus defend its project by winning each stage of qualification of the singing, dancing, storytelling, cooking etc... to win the 2025 trophies. We have the honour to send you this grant request for the organization of the next edition of the cultural festival AWALE FESTIVAL, which will be held from 14/08/2025 to 16/08/2025 at GNALIEPA in the municipality of OURAGAHIO The AWALE FESTIVAL is an annual event that promotes the cultural and artistic diversity of our region. This year, we plan to host more than a dozen local and international artists, providing a unique platform for artistic expression and cultural exchange. With your support, we will be able to: Welcome renowned artists: Covering travel, accommodation and artist’s fees. Improve infrastructure: By investing in high-quality sound and lighting equipment to ensure outstanding performance. Promote the event: By launching an effective communication campaign to attract a diverse and large audience.
